To best serve your needs and any concerns you should email our property manager, Dacy Cavicchia of Association Management Group (AMG) at propertymanager@universityheightshoa.org. You can also fill out the form on our Contact page where you can find AMG’s phone number in case of an emergency.
This includes pool tags, maintenance work orders, collections issues, landscaping requests, etc. This ensures that not only can the property management company track it better, but the Board is copied on all correspondence.

Parking Information
Once the vehicle has been registered with AMG, the owner of the vehicle will be issued two parking stickers which will have the assigned parking place printed on them.
